Pro tips on how to find and interview the best agent/broker
If you are having thoughts of selling in the near future you are probably frustrated with how difficult it is to research agents online. You're probably asking questions like... Are all agents the same? What are all of these varying business models with varying costs? What should I expect?
Scary stat, that sadly, is true: A consumer has a 68% chance of working with an agent that completed 0 to 2 transactions in the last 12 months.
Here is a 2 minute video with pro tips on how to find and interview the best agent/broker that will get the best results for you in the sale of your home.
The Spring 2022 homebuying season kicked off last November
In early November the inventory of available homes in Salt Lake County and all along the Wasatch Front was at its highest point in 2021. It was a moderately low inventory. Homes went fast but it was a much slower market than "the craziness" of Spring 2021.
Since then, inventory has continually decreased. Inventory along the Wasatch Front is now at record lows and demand is sky high. Comparing active listings to recent sales there is less than a 2 week inventory.
In early/mid January it seemed like the Salt Lake City market was moving towards being as hot as Spring 2021. Now the local market IS as hot as Spring 2021.
