The Price family was relocating from Pittsburgh to Salt Lake City and looking to purchase their first home. They interviewed 3 agents before finally selecting the agent that they felt was right for them. Robert showed them confidence in his knowledge of the market and expertise in the area that immediately made them comfortable in their house buying process. When it came to looking for a home they really wanted something that was great for entertaining and Robert did a great job of keeping them focused on that throughout the process.
The Price's found Robert while searching for homes on his site. Robert reached out to him after he saw they were searching to see if they needed any help. They were very impressed with Robert's knowledge of the real estate market and his confidence in getting them what they want.
One thing that really stuck out was how well Robert involved Christine in the process of buying their first home. She was actually still living in Pittsburgh at the time but Robert made the effort to send her pictures of the home's and do video chat walkthroughs. This really meant a lot to her husband Josiah.
