Sold in 4 days for 10K over asking price after receiving 9 offers. The sales price was 14% higher than the previous all time high sale in the Sunnybrook subdivision and 12% higher than the home's market value.

Sold for $270,000 in June
Sold in one day for full price. Highest all time sales price on Blue Haven Drive.


4824 N Addison Ave
Sold for $280,000 in April
Sold in 5 days for above asking price after receiving multiple offers. Most homes in this neighborhood sit on market for over 3 weeks and this sale marks the highest all time sale in the Silver Lake subdivision for a home under 2700 square feet on less than a tenth of an acre.

Sold for $171,500 in June
Sold in 3 days after receiving multiple offers. This home sale marks the highest all time condo sale in the Evergreen Place Condos.

Sold for $78,000 in September
Second highest all time sale in the Rosehaven subdivision. This unit presented challenges because it lacks amenities of many of the competing units. We still sold it in less than half of average days on market and created a record setting sales price.
